Information about getting to and enjoying the conference:
Food
Some attendees who need to submit travel budgets have reached out asking about food that is included in your conference registration:
Monday: Lunch (for pre-conference attendees), snacks, evening welcome reception with heavy appetizers
Tuesday: Breakfast, lunch, snacks
Wednesday: Breakfast, lunch (for post-conference attendees)
Recommended Lodging
There are many great hotel options near the conference, and a number of area hotels have extended discounted pricing to Badge Summit attendees.
Before booking, you may want to check on the distance between potential hotels and the University Memorial Center at 1669 Euclid Ave, Boulder, CO, 80309. The city of Boulder is fairly small, so most hotels will be less than 10 minutes away by car and easily accessible by bus, scooter, bicycle, and even walking. Even the hotels in which we encourage you to note the distance from the conference are within 15 minutes by car.
